Delete Account

If you wish to permanently delete your account from The Network of Commons, please follow the step-by-step instructions below. Please note that account deletion is a permanent action that cannot be undone.

Important Warning

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

  • Your profile, personal information and any photos uploaded
  • Your network connections
  • All chat history and conversations for all parties involved
  • Any purchased or earned credits

This action is immediate and cannot be reversed. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Step-by-Step Account Deletion Instructions

  1. Open The Network of Commons or NOC app — Launch the app on your mobile device and ensure you are logged in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Settings — Tap on the settings or "gear" icon in the top right corner of your app.
  3. Go to Account Settings — In the Settings menu, look for and tap on "Account" or "Account Settings".
  4. Find the Delete Account Option — Scroll down until you find the "Delete" button or "Delete Account" option.
  5. Confirm Account Deletion — Tap the "Delete" button and follow the confirmation prompts.
  6. Final Confirmation — Read the final warning message carefully and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
