Delete Account

If you wish to permanently delete your account from The Network of Commons, please follow the step-by-step instructions below. Please note that account deletion is a permanent action that cannot be undone.

⚠️ Important Warning

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

Your profile, personal information and any photos uploaded
Your network connections
All chat history and conversations
Any purchased or earned credits

This action is immediate and cannot be reversed. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Step-by-Step Account Deletion Instructions

Open The Network of Commons or NOC app
Launch the app on your mobile device and ensure you are logged in to your account.
Navigate to Settings
Tap on the settings or "gear" icon in the top right corner of your app.
Go to Account Settings
In the Settings menu, look for and tap on "Account" or "Account Settings".
Find the Delete Account Option
Scroll down in the Account settings until you find the "Delete" button or "Delete Account" option.
Confirm Account Deletion
Tap the "Delete" button and follow the confirmation prompts. You may be asked to enter your password or confirm your decision multiple times.
Final Confirmation
Read the final warning message carefully and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
